The Hypno-Relax session can guide you into a state of relaxation, that can be restorative and calming for the nervous system, helping to relieve stress and return mind and body to balance. If you have never experienced hypnosis before, don't worry, there are no special skills required and you will not be induced to cluck like a chicken, unless you absolutely want to! You will remain in control at all times and the session will be safely guided by Michelle Falcon, a professionally trained coach who is registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy.

What to expect?
At the appointment we'll chat for approximately 30 minutes so I can gather some information. Then there will be a guided session in which you will be able to sit or lie down with your eyes closed. While in hypnosis you can expect to be relaxed, whilst still consciously aware of the environment around you. It feels very similar to drifting off in a daydream.
Who is this suitable for?
This session is designed purely to help the recipient relax. It is not therapy or coaching and other programmes are offered if you want to change a habit, work on a health issue, let go of negative emotions, cure a phobia or help programme yourself for confidence and success.
The following conditions are contra-indicated for hypnosis:
- Epilepsy
- Bi-Polar
- Schizophrenia
- Psychosis
- Borderline Personality Disorder

What is included?
- 75-minute appointment which includes a brief discovery chat to find your solution words and to help identify the state you wish to achieve, so that we can create a bespoke 'wordweave' and guided visualisation session.

In purchasing this session you (and the recipient) agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I understand that the Hypno-Relax session is for relaxation purposes only. It is not therapy or coaching.
- I understand I will need to contact Back in Tune Coaching to arrange a suitable appointment time.
- I understand that all appointments are subject to the completion of the necessary paperwork, which may include client health questionnaire, measurement scores, client agreement form and informed consent (if applicable) and that all forms must be completed and returned at least 48 hours in advance of the first appointment.
- I understand that if I wish to work on other life issues or conditions, then I may purchase other programmes as advised by the coach; to therapeutically let go of negative emotions, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviour or to work on positive outcomes for the future in my personal life.
- At the completion of the Hypno-Relax session, further programmes, treatments, mental health education packages and appointments are available on request. This will be discussed with you.
- Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notices will be charged in full.
- The amount paid for this session is non-refundable.
Fast Phobia Treatment Offer

This short treatment programme is designed for clients suffering from phobias. Phobias can take many different forms and may include a fear of medical interventions (e.g. dentists, doctors, needles), fear of specific animals (e.g.dogs, spiders, snakes) or fear of doing particular activities (e.g. heights, flying, vomiting) to name but a few.
A phobia occurs when the brain has made a connection to something (which can be real or imagined) which it perceives to be a threat. When we see something in our internal or external environment which matches the pattern in our brain, the body will set off a fear response to make you avoid the perceived danger, even though rationally you may understand that you are 'over-reacting'. This treatment programme will help you to find the root cause of the pattern and then re-train the neural pathways in your brain, so that you can let go of the fear.

- 90-minute first appointment – important for taking a full history on your phobia, including time to voice your fears, empower you with information and experience some techniques that can help you.
- 2 x 60-minute follow-up sessions
- A bespoke ‘Wordweave’ audio track, using your own solution words, specifically targeted to the phobia you are working on*
*usually delivered after session two.

This programme is not suitable for clients who have any of the following conditions:
- Psychosis
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Bi-Polar Distorder
- Epilepsy
- Schizophrenia

- I understand that the issue I need to work on may need more than the number of sessions that are included in this programme and that some issues or multiple issues may need several weeks or months of coaching.
- I understand I will need to contact Back in Tune Coaching to arrange suitable appointment times.
- I understand that all appointments are subject to the completion of the necessary paperwork, including client health questionnaire, measurement scores, client agreement form and informed consent (if applicable) and that all forms must be completed and returned at least 48 hours in advance of the first appointment.
- I understand that in the event of my issue being resolved in less than three sessions, then I may use surplus sessions to work on other things; to therapeutically let go of negative emotions, limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviour or to work on positive outcomes for the future in my personal life.
- I understand that this programme is suitable for phobia treatment only and is not to be used for business or performance coaching; sessions covering these other subjects can be bought separately. Please enquire.
- At the completion of the 'Fast Phobia Treatment' programme, further programmes and appointments are available on an ongoing basis by arrangement. This will be discussed with you.
- Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notices will be charged in full.
