Performance Pro Essentials
Backed by neuroscience this performance anxiety programme contains essential tools for managing your mindset, embedding new practices, tools and skills into your routine, including somatic embodiment and breathing techniques, so that you can draw on them at times of pressure, to access calm and confidence. The course takes a holistic approach that works with cognitive and physiological techniques to strengthen the mind-body connection that is so essential in high performance contexts. Once you gain an understanding of how this works it means that you can apply these skills to each performance and even to others areas of your life. What is learned will just become part and parcel of your pre-performance practice routine, ensuring that you are able to deliver at your best.
What is included?
- 90-minute first appointment – important for taking a full history on your performance issue/s, including some time to empower you with tools that you can take away and practise.
- 5 x 60-minute follow-up sessions
- Relaxation audio track
- A personalised and bespoke ‘Wordweave’ audio track, using your own solution words, specifically helping you to visualise and mentally rehearse future performances*
- Learn how to take back control of nerves, using somatic exercises and techniques to stimulate your body's calming response
- Learn how to use your physiology with an anchor to empower you with confidence
- A journal for recording, identifying and tracking your past performances noting the negatives and positives, and taking notes on your performance toolkit
*usually delivered after session three.
Terms & Conditions
In purchasing this programme you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I understand that the issue I need to work on may need more than six sessions and that some issues or multiple issues may need several weeks or months of coaching.
- I understand I will need to contact Back in Tune Coaching to arrange suitable appointment times.
- I understand that all appointments are subject to the completion of the necessary paperwork, including client health questionnaire, measurement scores, client agreement form and informed consent (if applicable) and that all forms must be completed and returned at least 48 hours in advance of the first appointment.
- I understand that I will need to complete the full programme and commit to the tasking in between sessions to gain the most benefit from the coaching.
- I understand that this programme is suitable for performance coaching only. Other programmes for business, confidence building, goal setting, trauma repair and therapeutic change are available. Please enquire.
- At the completion of the 'Performance Pro Essentials' programme, further programmes, appointments and ongoing support are available by arrangement. This will be discussed with you.
- Missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notices will be charged in full.
- The amount paid for this programme is non-refundable.
