But let me ask you this, how many of those hours have you actually spent taking control of your mindset, so that you can manage those nerves and smash out your best performance?  My guess is that it is only a fraction, if any at all....

Using performance coaching, I can help you learn to take charge of your mindset, stop your negative self-talk and calm your body, so you can perform at your best.

If you suffer from performance anxiety I work with individuals and small groups to offer personalised performance coaching and training, which assists you in mastering your mindset, so that you can perform at your optimum.

Individuals

I offer one-off sessions of one or two hours to assist you  in working through any performance gremlins and help you to identify what is at the root of your nerves.  Working together, we can  get a feel for what strategies are best for you.

Performance Pro Essentials: How To Perform Without Betablockers

The six modular course is offered to individuals or small groups and contains essential tools for managing your mindset, embedding new practices, tools and skills into your routine, including somatic embodiment and breathing techniques, so that you can draw on them at times of pressure. The course is run with a combination of online learning and live interaction, supported by coaching materials, audio recordings and a private members group. If you find yourself in need of more one-to-one sessions, the programme can be adapted to suit your needs.
